   Press Helper starting wage: $12.82

   Press Operator starting wage: $16.90

   Machine Maintenance starting wage: $18-23 

   $0.75 shift differential for shifts: 

   6:30am-2:30pm; 2:30pm-10:30pm; 10:30pm-6:30am

Skill Level Needed

Press Operator:1-2 color and 4 color

Press Helper: performs somewhat complex tasks to assist press operators to successfully print base forms and custor products. The press helper may assist in preparing the press for printing by checking fluids levels for premixing chemicals according to prescribed standards, checking water system, adjusting water fountain roller, filling ink fountain and adjusting ink fountain keys , ink coverage, mixing chemicals and inks and positioning roll stock. May also assist in department accuracy by updating spoilage, plate usage and maintenance and lubrication report as requested. Typically assists in lubricating and cleaning of the press. May also act as a back-up to operate the press as needed.  

Machine Maintenance: the qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Previous maintenance experience in a production environment preferred. The ideal candidate has 5 years or more of trouble shooting, welding, fabrication, machine repair, installation, milling, electrical repair experience plus plc experience.  The ability to read and understand manuals and schematics is another part of the position.
